Dura-Lite, a Canadian based Manufacturing Company specializing in after-market charge air coolers for the turbo-diesel powered truck and bus market requires the immediate assistance of a talented and success driven Outside Sales Representative. The successful candidate is a high quality self-starter who possesses superior communication, people skills, a great attitude, strong character, marketing instincts and also has at least 5 years of sales/marketing experience.
Must be able to travel extensively to service regional clients (up to 50% travel).
The ideal person will bring to this position strong attention to detail, proven customer service skills, professionalism and the ability to work well with a variety of customers. He/She will be able to work with minimal supervision and have excellent communication and problem solving skills.
Some of the duties and responsibilities include:
• Develop and promote a strong dealer network to represent Dura-Lite in all markets in all territories.
• Maintain, grow, and develop business relationships with internal and external customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Conduct on-site dealer visits to promote strong and mutually respectful dealer relationships.
• Provide product knowledge and sales skill training for the dealer network on a continuing basis to promote information and communication flow.
• Meet/exceed sales objectives.
