Protecting your privacy is important to Dura-Lite Heat Transfer Products Ltd.™ (“Dura-Lite”). This Policy explains how Dura-Lite™ collects, uses, and discloses the personal information you may provide while using Dura-Lite's website (the "Website") and in its electronic publications, newsletters or any other announcements ("Electronic Communications").

Personal information means information about an identifiable individual.  This does not include information of an aggregate or anonymous nature where a specific individual or individuals cannot be identified, nor does it include business contact information used to contact an individual in their capacity as an employee or official of an organization.

1.    Information Automatically Collected.
Non-Identifiable Information - Like many other websites, the Website may automatically collect certain non-identifiable information regarding Website users, such as the browser and version you are using, your operating system, and your Internet Protocol ("IP") address, which may identify your Internet Service Provider or computer but normally not the person using it, the date and time you access the Website, the Internet address of the website from which you linked directly to the Website, the sections of the Website you visit, the Website pages read and images viewed, and the materials you post to or download from the Website. Your Personal Information - If you choose to voluntarily submit personal information (such as your name, e-mail address, postal address, and telephone number) to us by e-mail, online forms or other means, we will consider that you have done so with your consent for purposes reasonably related to your providing the information.  If reasonable to do so, or if you request ongoing provision of information, after our initial response, we may communicate further with you with information that may be useful, but we will include instructions on how to terminate receiving such further information.   We may share your personal information with our employees or contractors if reasonable to do so having regard to the purposes for which you have provided us with your information. It is important that any information you provide to us is up to date and accurate; therefore, if you have provided personal information to us, we request that you keep us informed of any changes to your personal information.  E-mail Communication with Dura-Lite™ - If you provide your e-mail address, Dura-Lite™ may send to you, from time to time, e-mail containing information about Dura-Lite™ and other matters it believes will interest you. At any time you may ask Dura-Lite™ to stop sending you e-mail and other information by contacting Dura-Lite™.  We may have in force acceptable use policies with respect to our computers, systems and e-mail received by and sent from Dura-Lite™   In order to enforce such policies, we reserve the right, but not the obligation, to intercept and review the contents of e-mail, including any personal information provided by the recipients, authors or originators of e-mail messages.  Users of our systems and computers have no expectation of privacy and, by using e-mail as a means of communication with us, you consent to such interception and monitoring.

Storing and Securing Your Information - Dura-Lite™ may store and process your personal information in Calgary, Alberta, Canada and at Dura-Lite's various offices. To help protect the confidentiality of your personal information, Dura-Lite™ employs security safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information. Nevertheless, due to the nature of the Internet and Internet technologies, security and privacy risks cannot be eliminated and Dura-Lite™ cannot guarantee that your personal information will not be disclosed in ways not otherwise described in this Policy.  
Accessing Your Personal Information - You may request access to your personal information and information about Dura-Lite's collection, use and disclosure of that information. Dura-Lite™ has Privacy Officers who are responsible for the protection of personal information and compliance with privacy-related legislation in various jurisdictions. Your enquiries will be forwarded to the appropriate Privacy Officer when received. Subject to certain exceptions prescribed by law, you will be given reasonable access to your personal information, and will be entitled to challenge the accuracy and completeness of the information and to have it amended as appropriate. You can help Dura-Lite™ maintain the accuracy of your information by notifying Dura-Lite™ of any changes to your personal information.  You may access or request personal information by contacting Dura-Lite™.  Along with all other enquiries relating to personal information, we may reply to your request for access to your information in writing.  We do not provide access to personal information by e-mail as, in order to ensure adequate security and confidentiality, we need to verify your identity before granting you access to your information.  Your right to access is not absolute and, if we do not provide you will full access to your information, we will advise of what we are not granting and the reasons for that.

Removal of Your Personal Information - You may have your contact information removed at any time by asking us to do so from any records or lists which we may use to correspond with you.  Refusal or Withdrawal of Consent - You may refuse to provide personal information to us. You may also withdraw any consent you have given us at any time, subject to applicable legal or contractual restrictions and reasonable notice. We will advise you of the effect of your withdrawal of any consent you have provided. Additionally, we routinely provide "opt out" or "unsubscribe" instructions on our Electronic Communications to provide for removal of your name from future transmissions.

Other Websites - The Website may contain links to other websites or Internet resources. When you click on one of those links you are contacting another website or Internet resource that may collect information about you voluntarily or through cookies or other technologies. Each of those provisions also applies to any disputes that may arise in relation to this Policy and the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information, and are of the same force and effect as if they had been reproduced directly in this Policy.  Former Users - If you stop using the Website or your permission to use the Website is terminated by Dura-Lite™, Dura-Lite™ may continue to use and disclose your personal information in accordance with this Policy as amended from time to time, and subject to compliance with the law.  Privacy Policy Changes - This Policy may be changed by Dura-Lite™ from time to time in Dura-Lite's sole discretion and without any prior notice or liability to you or any other person.
