Dura-Lite’s patented high-temperature silicone grommet tube-to-header seal system allows for tubes to expand and contract in the header, eliminating typical tube-to-header failure and resulting leakage. Our tanks are reinforced to reduce premature failure, dyno-tested to ensure the highest performance, and tested underwater to double-check they are leak-free before leaving the factory. From day one, Dura-Lite has aimed to manufacture our charge air coolers to outperform and outlast the original equipment (OE).
