Dura-Lite Shipping Policies & Information

Dura-Lite offers a variety of shipping options to serve customers throughout the USA.

Shipping Overview

Dura-Lite Heat Transfer Products Ltd. (Dura-Lite) operates, and processes/ ships orders from our USA warehouses or Partner warehouses Monday through Friday, excluding statutory holidays in the USA.

Orders will be shipped LTL Freight from a Dura-Lite warehouse based on product availability. Shipping charges and any other shipping related expenses are the customer’s responsibility. Shipments can be arranged by Dura-Lite and pre-paid/charged to the customer or shipped collect on a customer’s account.

Shipping Times

Every effort will be made to ship orders as quickly as possible. Orders are typically processed and ready for shipment within 24 hours. Orders are expected to be delivered to their destination within 3 to 7 business days.

Shipping times vary depending on the carrier, shipment origin, and ship to location. An estimated shipping time will be noted when the order is processed.

Shipping Addresses

We ship LTL Freight to addresses within the contiguous USA. For other ship to locations, please Live Chat or Call us at (800) 661-1117.

LTL Freight quotes are calculated based on commercial addresses only. A commercial address must be commercially zoned; not a residential (non-commercial) address.

Orders placed with a residential or farm Ship to address will have additional charges applied to the Shipping quote. If you have an available commercial Ship to address, you may consider updating your order to reduce the Shipping cost.

Orders cannot be shipped to a PO Box.

Dura-Lite Warehouse Pick Up Policy

Dura-Lite has warehouses throughout the USA. If you are close to one of our warehouse locations, you may choose to pick up your order at no additional cost. Please allow 24 hours for this standard pick up.

Need it sooner? For a $30.00 fee a rush pick up will be available within 2 hours or less. Please Live Chat or Call us at (800) 661-1117.

For orders over $750.00 we will waive the $30.00 rush pick up fee.

Dura-Lite Free Shipping Policy

Specific Regions of the USA qualify for free shipping when the order value is $4,000 and 6 or more products.

Tester-Kits and/or Tester-Kit spare parts do not qualify towards 6 or more products. These parts can be added to a qualifying order and shipped at no additional cost.

Standard Shipping Conditions

  • All qualifying orders will be shipped LTL Freight at Dura-Lite’s discretion, and shipping charges will be removed when the order is processed.
  • Dura-Lite reserves the right to determine which warehouse the order will be shipped from based on product availability.
  • All products on order must ship from the same warehouse for the Dura-Lite Free Shipping and Shipping Subsidy Policies to apply. If an order cannot be shipped complete from one warehouse location, Dura-Lite may hold an order until inventory becomes available to ship the order complete. If a partial shipment of the order is required by the customer (shipping charges may apply), please Live Chat or Call us at (800) 661-1117.
  • Tester-Kits and/or Tester-Kit spare parts do not qualify towards 6 or more products. These parts can be added to a qualifying order and shipped at no additional cost.

Damaged Shipments and Missing Items

When an LTL Freight order arrives, it is the customer’s responsibility to fully inspect all packages and note any damages or discrepancies in quantity of items on the carrier’s receiving paperwork (if applicable). Dura-Lite will be unable to help if a customer did not sign the carrier’s receiving paperwork noting the shipment was damaged or items were missing.

In the unfortunate event that an order arrives damaged or with missing items, please call Dura-Lite at (800) 661-1117. All damages and missing items must be reported immediately upon receiving the order. The carrier receiving paperwork (noting the damaged or missing items), the original packaging, and photographs will be required to process a claim. Do not discard any packaging materials.

Returns

Please Live Chat or Call us at (800) 661-1117 if you wish to return a product.

  • We will accept returns of new parts within 90 days of purchase with our no hassle return policy.
  • All returns must be pre-approved and have an RGA issued. Please contact us if you are interested in returning a recently purchased item.
  • New products that are returned and require refurbishment or repackaging may be subject to an additional charge.
  • Customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to a Dura-Lite warehouse.
  • When returning products, please ensure all the original contents of the box, such as the warranty card and any other components / installation kits are included.
  • Upon inspection, a credit will be issued for the invoice less any additional charges (if applicable).
  • Existing Distributor return policy agreements take precedence over this policy.
